Keys to success - life tips that if done appropriately will support your health, well-being and training programs
Video demonstrations which you can refer to ensure proper technique
Warm ups and activations that target areas to increase overall health and well being
Mobility routines (based upon results from 1000’s of movement screens)
Body Weight Program
This is a way to move your body and get some work in a systematic productive manner. This program is for you if you don’t have any equipment. Maybe you are on the move or in a temporary location. That’s no problem. With these workouts our goal is that you feel better than when you started!
Suggested Equipment:
A small box/sturdy chair (15-20 inches) or something similar that can be used for a step up
Something that weights 5-10lbs (backpack with books, milk jug with sand, etc.)
Your body and a smile!
Minimal Equipment
Training in the privacy and safety of your own home has multiple benefits. If you are looking to make a small investment in gym equipment and bring a small gym into the convenience of your own home. This 3 month program will help you put very few resources to good use.
Suggested Equipment:
Medicine ball or weight equivalent of 6-10 lbs
Set of dumbbells from ranging from 10-30lbs
A kettle bell of different size
Box that is approximately 18 inches
Full Gym Access
Got everything you need but don’t know where to start? Making up a plan both short and long term takes training knowledge, time and effort. You are busy enough already, so take one thing off your plate and get started on this program.
We all need similar structure whether you are a former athlete or just trying to get back into shape. How we load and progress will vary based on each individual. This program targets your entire body every day to get you moving and achieving your greatest physical potential!
Suggested Equipment:
Dumbbells
Kettlebells
Squat rack/bench
TRX, resistance bands, etc.
Medicine balls
In-person or Virtual Training
This program is for those who live in the Raleigh Durham area and want in-person training or would prefer a digital training platform. Contact me with a brief description and I will work with you to fit your needs.
Personalized Program
If you need something more personalized to your specific goal. Contact Erik and he can tailor something specific to your capabilities, resources and goals. This will include a consulting call and access to Erik’s remote coaching throughout the program.
Return to Run
Running is a tool that can make or break you. Many people jump into running only to fizzle out or worse, get injured. This program is based on tried and practiced principles for returning athletes to running from relatively untrained levels up to more advanced levels. Slight adjustments in intensities will allow the novice and the advanced both benefits from this program. Follow along in systematic progression of sprint-based training to increase mobility, decrease body fat and improve your speed!
TPI Digital Screening and Personalized Program
Erik is a Level 3 certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) performance specialist. He will take you through a virtual or in person TPI movement screen to identify areas for improvement. Then share your results via the TPI certified App and build a 6-week program especially for you. Following the 6-week program he will run you through the TPI test again to track your progress.

They are NOT programs that are built to beat your body up and simply act as entertainment. Success is built upon the sharpening the fundamentals over a long period of time. I strive to give you what you need in combination with what you want, but consistency is how progress is made.
