If you need something more personalized to your specific goal. Contact Erik and he can tailor something specific to your capabilities, resources and goals. This will include a consulting call and access to Erik’s remote coaching throughout the program.
One of Erik’s specialties is his ability to cue and coach technique. You will see better with results with more consistent technique and coaching.
TPI DIGITAL SCREENING + PERSONALIZED TRAINING

Erik is a Level 3 certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) performance specialist. He will take you through a virtual or in person TPI movement screen to identify areas for improvement. Then share your results via the TPI certified App and build a 6-week program especially for you. Following the 6-week program he will run you through the TPI test again to track your progress.
